Novelia Wellness is a growing multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Barrie, and we’re looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join our team.

Since opening, our clinic has continued to establish itself in the community. We now have active referral sources, ongoing marketing initiatives, a growing client base, and established healthcare practitioners working collaboratively under one roof.

We’re looking for a physiotherapist who wants the flexibility of independent practice with the support of a clinic actively working to grow their caseload. Referrals, marketing, administration, billing support, and day-to-day clinic operations are supported so you can focus on providing excellent patient care.

You can focus on assessment, treatment, and patient outcomes while we support the administrative side of your practice.

Who We’re Looking For

We're looking for a physiotherapist who is passionate about patient care and interested in developing a consistent, long-term practice.

You are

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Covered by professional liability insurance
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Interested in building and maintaining a consistent caseload
- Committed to providing evidence-informed, high-quality care
- Looking for a clinic where you can establish yourself for the long term

Experience or additional training in areas such as sports rehabilitation, pelvic health, neurological rehabilitation, manual therapy, or exercise-based rehabilitation is an asset, but not required.
