About Synergy Athletic Performance Clinic

Synergy Athletic Performance Clinic is a growing multi-disciplinary and performance-based clinic located inside a large basketball and athletic facility in Aurora, Ontario.

Our facility includes a full-size basketball court, half training court, dedicated weight room, and multipurpose space, allowing us to combine physiotherapy, rehabilitation, strength & conditioning, and athletic performance under one roof.

We are looking for a Registered Physiotherapist or Physiotherapy Candidate who is passionate about helping people, enjoys working as part of a team, and has an interest or background in strength & conditioning, exercise, sports rehabilitation, or performance.

- Has an interest or background in strength & conditioning and exercise
- Enjoys incorporating exercise and movement into patient care
- Is a positive, hard-working team player
- Communicates well and enjoys collaborating with other professionals
- Is motivated to continue learning and developing their clinical skills
- Is interested in building relationships and growing their practice
- Provides patient-centred, evidence-informed care

New graduates and experienced physiotherapists are both welcome to apply.

Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, or currently completing registration
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong foundation in exercise prescription
- Interest or experience in strength & conditioning, sports rehabilitation, or athletic performance is an asset
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
