Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized therapeutic services to adults supporting their addiction, mental, emotional, and developmental needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients lives through client-centered care, case management, and team-oriented treatment planning.

The Therapist will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective interventions and support research initiatives aimed at improving client outcomes. Addiction and First Nation experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Conduct individual therapy tailored to clients with diverse needs.
- Manage case documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and data collection for research purposes.
- Assist in assessing client progress and adjusting therapeutic approaches accordingly.
- Support clients emotional well-being through empathetic communication and evidence-based interventions.




- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care strategies and share insights on client progress.
- Maintain compliance with confidentiality standards, and best practices in client care.

Qualifications

- Lived experience is considered an asset.
- Must be registered in Psychotherapy in Saskatchewan.
- Strong understanding of client care procedures, case management, and data collection techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
