Linda Salas Immigration Consulting
Vancouver
We’re looking for a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant — but not just someone who wants to “process files.”
We’re looking for someone who wants to become part of a growing immigration practice with real client demand, real cases, and real room to build a personal brand inside the Canadian immigration space.
At LSF Immigration Consultants, led by Linda Salas, RCIC, we work with clients across temporary residence, permanent residence, family sponsorship, work permits, study permits, LMIA-related matters, Express Entry, PNP strategies, visitor records,
restorations, citizenship, PR cards, and complex immigration situations.
But here is the real opportunity:
Canada’s immigration system is changing. The market is no longer about giving generic answers. Clients need strategy. They need clarity. They need someone who can explain options honestly. They need someone who can read policy, understand risk, ask the right questions, and communicate in a way that people actually understand. We are looking for someone who can help us do that.
This role may be a strong fit if you are:
- A licensed RCIC in good standing, or close to completing the licensing pathway.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Located in Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Coquitlam, Richmond, or nearby areas.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and providing high-value consultations.
- Interested in case strategy, application review, policy updates, and client education.
Willing to learn how immigration consulting, client trust, sales, content, and operations work in the real world.
Open to being part of videos, webinars, educational content, and market-
building initiatives.
Additional languages are a major asset, especially French, Tagalog, Mandarin,
Cantonese, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic, Korean, or Japanese.
Why?
Because we are not only looking for someone to help with our current Spanish-
speaking client base. We are also looking for someone who can help us open new markets. Canada continues to prioritize workers with strong language ability, skilled work experience, trades, health care, transport, education, French-language ability,
and other strategic profiles. The future of immigration consulting will belong to people who can combine technical knowledge with communication, trust, and market understanding.
This is not a role for someone who only wants a checklist. This is for someone who wants to grow. Someone who wants to learn the real day-to-day of immigration practice. Someone who wants to understand why applications get approved or refused. Someone who can explain complex pathways in simple language. Someone who can help clients make decisions with clarity. Someone who wants to become a trusted voice in Canadian immigration.
If that sounds like you, send us a message with:
- Your current licensing status.
- Languages you speak.
- Immigration areas you feel strongest in.
- Whether you are open to consultations, case review, and content creation.
- Your location in Canada.
We are especially interested in candidates in Vancouver or surrounding areas, but we are open to speaking with exceptional candidates elsewhere in Canada.
This is an prospect to build, not just apply.
