About the Role

We are seeking self-motivated individuals for a 100% work-from-home position assisting clients and union members with supplemental benefits packages. No cold calling required—you will work directly with company-provided warm leads and client referrals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual, one-on-one video appointments with clients to review and explain benefit coverage options.

- Assist clients with application paperwork and address policy coverage inquiries.

- Participate in virtual team strategy meetings, ongoing mentorship, and peer collaboration groups.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and a skilled, client-focused attitude.

- Comfortable hosting video meetings and navigating web-based platforms.

- Reliable computer,



high-speed internet, and a dedicated home workspace.

- Willingness to complete required provincial/state licensing (access to peer study and prep groups provided).
