Looking for an Experienced person in exterior residential renovations:

Skilled in the following areas

Framing, cutting, measure. support beams,

Installing windows and doors,

shingles roofs, ladder work..

Experience using a metal break, siding soffit facial and eves

Decks and fences..

concrete work.

Rough in plumbing electrical work helps but not a must.

Someone who is motivated and doesn't need to have their hand held.

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a strong foundation in carpentry techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
- Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing, and restoration processes
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment effectively




- Experience operating heavy machinery or equipment is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus but not required
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
