Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute renovation projects accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely to perform tasks such as demolition, framing, and finishing.
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, drywall, and other fixtures with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to restore or enhance structural elements.
- Apply caulking, painting, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and welding techniques to complete comprehensive renovations.




- Estimate project costs and materials using construction estimating skills to ensure budget adherence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed and projects are completed on time.

Requirements

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in renovation or restoration projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, concrete forming, masonry, carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical work, plumbing, welding, and painting.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively.
