Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and renovation tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both hand and power tools. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret construction drawings and schematics effectively. As a Renovator, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through restoration, installation, and finishing work.

Duties

- Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and construction plans to execute renovation projects accurately.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks
- Perform concrete forming and framing as part of structural renovations.
- Execute cabinet installation, flooring installation and finishing carpentry with precision.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Estimate materials and labor requirements for projects to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements





- Experience in construction or renovation roles preferred, but not necessary.
- Proficiency in plan reading and understanding of construction schematics.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming, carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with renovation work including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
