Our company focuses new construction interior fine finishing primarily, as we have various builders we work for to fulfill their needs. We also work with builders from time to time that do full renovations, plus some cabin country that require our services to bring their finishing needs to life. We strive to surround one another with professional, quality focused, reliable, respectful individuals that will produce a quality install.

Job Overview Currently the primary tasks listed below are what we require a qualified individual to be able to execute, with the secondary tasks being an additional option to be called upon depending on experience

Primary tasks/abilities required to execute are as follows:

- Baluster / Glass Stair Railings
- Continuous Hand Railings
- Mantels / Bulkheads / Floating Shelves
- Wall Capping

Secondary Accompanying Tasks/Abilities to execute are as follows:

- door slab machining/install
- window casing




- door casing / door stop

Experience

- Proven experience as a finish carpenter or similar role within the primary tasks listed above, with additional experience in the secondary tasks a bonus
- Robust ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Skilled/Experienced in the primary tasks listed above, with additional magnitude awarded to ability to perform secondary tasks
- Excellent hand tool and power tool proficiency along with construction estimating skills are highly valued

Pay: $35.00-$65.00 per hour
