Job Prospect: Resident Manager – 536 Young St, Truro

Split Rock Properties is seeking a dedicated Resident Manager for our new SISTER BUILDING TO OUR 56-unit development at 536 Young Street, Truro, opening in SUMMER 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of a thriving community in a modern apartment complex.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and report maintenance needs.
- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
- Manage move-ins, move-outs, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
- Enforce building rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with external contractors for larger maintenance and repair projects.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – a must for engaging effectively with residents and team members.




- Proven ability to handle minor repairs and basic maintenance.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience as a Resident Manager or Superintendent is an asset but not required.
- Basic computer skills for email correspondence and record-keeping.

Compensation: This role includes competitive compensation, with on-site living arrangements provided.
