Tall & Small Executive Cleaning is a growing, locally owned cleaning company serving Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge. We provide professional residential, commercial and Airbnb cleaning services and are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as part-time independent contract cleaners.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for casual, flexible work during daytime/school hours and some additional income while still being part of a supportive team. There is also some evening and weekend cleans available.

What the position looks like:

● Choose from available cleaning jobs through our scheduling app based on your availability

● Know the location, expected job details and pay before accepting a clean

● Paid per completed job rather than hourly

● All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided

● Training on our cleaning methods, standards and expectations is provided

● Work may include residential homes, Airbnb turnovers and commercial spaces

● Opportunities are available throughout Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge and surrounding areas.

● Work independently or alongside another member of our cleaning team depending on the job

We’re looking for someone who:

● Is reliable and takes commitments seriously once a job is accepted





● Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work

● Is comfortable following established cleaning procedures and client-specific instructions

● Can work independently while also being a great team member

● Communicates well and is comfortable using an app for scheduling and job information

● Has reliable transportation to and from cleaning locations

● Is comfortable with the physical requirements of professional cleaning

● Is willing to learn — professional cleaning experience is an asset, but not required

Because our cleaners work in our clients’ homes and businesses, professionalism, reliability and respect for our clients and their spaces are extremely important to us.
