Experience

- ·One-year or more professional experience in residential cleaning or hospitality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple homes
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete cleaning schedules without compromising quality
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude that fosters positive client relationships

Must have your

- Own vehicle
- Basic cleaning equipment (such as vacuum, mob, etc.) and cleaning supplies

Pay: $24–$27/hour + 100% of tips The Role

- Position: Residential Cleaner
- Location: Calgary, AB and Surrounding Areas
- Hours: You choose! (Ideal availability: 10–30 hrs/week)
- Service Window: Monday–Saturday, 8am–5pm

What You’ll Be Doing





- Residential home cleanings / Deep cleans / Move-in & move-out services / post-renovation cleanups
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during each service
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns
- Demonstrate excellent time management by completing assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Uphold professional customer service by being friendly, respectful, and attentive to client needs during visits
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a clean, safe environment for both clients and team members
