We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our family run team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of our clients' homes in residential settings and ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently, or as a team, while managing time effectively.
Preference will be given to those with Residential Cleaning Experience and we are happy to offer part time and full-time positions.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and responsive to client requests.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
- Most of our clients are in Parksville and the surrounding areas, as well as Nanaimo.
Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong cleaning skills. Experience in residential cleaning is preferred, but not required, as we are happy to train you
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Organizational skills to maintain order in both cleaning supplies and completed tasks
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally
- Reliable transportation
- Clear criminal record check (non-negotiable)
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
