Overview

We are looking for a Residential Construction Estimator to join our team in the Calgary office. As a top, custom-home builder in Calgary we are looking for a candidate to help maintain our core values with dedication and perseverance.

Responsibilities

· Residential construction estimating

· Responsible for cost calculations and quantity take-offs

· Cost calculations of extras and upgrades

· Communicate and liaise with estimators & purchasers, sales team, construction team and selection design team members

· Correspond with our trade partners and suppliers

Qualifications

· Residential construction experience

· Experience in computer applications such as Excel, Word and other database driven systems considered an asset

· Knowledge of residential construction and the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

· Work independently and as part of a team on day to day tasks and projects





· Detail oriented and goal driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:
- Construction estimating: 3 years (preferred)
- Residential construction: 4 years (preferred)
