Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal preparation as needed to support client requests
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance overall home tidiness and functionality
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications





- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for diverse client interactions
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly and respectful demeanor
