Every day, you guide clients by providing mortgage strategies tailored to their unique situations and work closely with specialized partners to deliver solutions that address their broader financial needs.

You also play an active role in growing your portfolio by building and strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients, referrals, and prospects generated through your business development efforts. Identify clients' needs and recommend the most appropriate mortgage strategies. Provide a comprehensive client experience by connecting clients with the right specialists based on their needs (insurance, banking services, investments, etc.).

Grow and retain the Bank's client base by delivering a distinctive advisory experience. Apply established processes rigorously and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Uncapped commissions directly tied to your performance.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development , ideally within the financial services industry. Foundational knowledge of financing products and services, along with a strong interest in developing and deepening this expertise. Strong professional discipline and attention to detail, both in technical execution and in the quality of client service and follow-up.
