Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced, detail-oriented Commercial, Residential Cleaners to join our team as Independent Contractors. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in private homes, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining professional standards.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
