Highland Haulers Inc. is looking for reliable, hardworking Movers to join our growing moving and junk removal team. Your proactive attitude and physical stamina will ensure smooth operations, supporting our team in delivering exceptional service.

You don't need years of professional moving experience. If you've worked physical jobs, played sports, worked in construction, landscaping, warehouses, deliveries or regularly do physically demanding activities, we'd like to hear from you.

This is a casual/on-call position.

What You'll Do

- Load and unload household furniture, boxes and other belongings
- Carry furniture safely through homes, apartments, hallways and stairs
- Wrap and protect furniture before transport
- Help organize and secure loads inside moving trucks
- Assist with residential moves, deliveries and junk removal
- Follow instructions from the Lead Mover
- Protect customers' homes, furniture and belongings from damage
- Keep moving equipment, trucks and job sites clean and organized
- Communicate respectfully with customers and coworkers
- Work efficiently as part of a team

What We're Looking For

- Physically capable of performing typical residential moving work
- Comfortable lifting and carrying furniture,



boxes and other household items
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Careful when handling customers' belongings
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced physical environment
- Previous moving experience is an asset but not required
- Physical-work, warehouse, construction, landscaping, sports or similar experience is an asset

A driver's license is not required for this position. But it's definitely a plus.

Employment Requirements

- Casual / On-Call — hours vary according to bookings
- Employees provide their availability and may accept or decline offered jobs
- Work locations vary depending on customer bookings
- References required
- Criminal record check may be required as a condition of employment
- 3-month probationary period
- Steel-toe footwear recommended
