Duties

- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee consistency, presentation, and compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash handling, POS systems (such as Micros POS), and financial transactions accurately and securely
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and creating memorable dining experiences
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce food handling procedures,



and uphold food safety protocols in line with industry regulations

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment with a strong track record of team management and leadership
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Hands-on experience with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Robust background in customer service excellence within hospitality settings
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Previous experience in restaurant management roles within the hospitality or hotel industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to interview, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive team environment
