The Impact You'll Make

As our Front of House Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience. You’ll lead and inspire our service team, ensuring every guest is greeted with genuine hospitality and every table runs smoothly. Your leadership will set the tone for the dining room, turning first-time visitors into loyal regulars and ensuring our reputation for excellence continues to grow.

What You'll Do

- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee daily floor operations, from greeting guests to managing reservations and seating flow.
- Handle guest feedback with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and timely service.
- Design and execute food and beverage menu changes and updates.
- Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation of the dining area to maintain brand standards.
- Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and labor costs to optimize efficiency.
- Support special events, private dining,



and seasonal promotions.
- Work serving shifts alongside staff as required.

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality or restaurants.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms.
