Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to sanitation standards.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary to ensure timely service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.




- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.

Skills

- Solid customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures.
- Experience with POS systems for order processing is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
