Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling and basic math skills
- Serve food and beverages promptly while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas including dining tables, kitchen stations, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety regulations
- Handle food preparation tasks as assigned, supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling and prep duties
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, addressing concerns promptly to ensure a memorable dining experience




- Assist with opening or closing duties, including cash reconciliation, inventory checks, and ensuring all sanitation protocols are followed

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is key!
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper sanitation and food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Experience with food industry standards related to serving, food safety, and kitchen operations is advantageous
- Familiarity with restaurant experience or hospitality roles will help you excel in this fast-paced environment
