Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, process payments, and handle cash with precision
- Assist in food handling and preparation to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, including dining spaces, kitchen stations, and food prep zones
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve guests promptly and efficiently
- Follow food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods
- Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
