We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restoration Crew Chief to lead our restoration team in delivering exceptional service during property recovery projects. As a pivotal leader on-site, you will coordinate and oversee restoration efforts, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in construction, cleaning, and the use of power tools will drive successful outcomes for our clients.

Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of restoration technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring progress throughout each project.
- Coordinate restoration activities including cleaning, demolition, using hand tools and power tools.
- Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, IICRC Regulations, and company standards.
- Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and inventory of hand tools and power tools on-site
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and team members to keep projects on track
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and project timelines
Experience
- Proven experience in restoration work with a strong understanding of building restoration techniques.
- Hands-on experience with cleaning techniques specific to property restoration environments
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and other manual equipment
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment required for restoration tasks.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and restoration projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Prior experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred
Requirements
- Certifications: IICRC WRT and FSRT required.
