Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service by understanding their needs and offering tailored product recommendations
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays that highlight current promotions and current arrivals
- Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized, labeled correctly, and replenished regularly
- Assist with inventory management by counting stock, recording discrepancies, and supporting stock transfers




- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support cashiering duties with cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are essential
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in guiding team members or managing tasks independently
- Familiarity with retail environments enhances your ability to adapt quickly
- Strong communication skills enable clear interactions with customers and team members alike
- Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling, POS transactions, and retail math calculations
