Elephant Beauty Supply is a growing beauty supply store specializing in professional nail and beauty products. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented team member to join our team.

This position is more than just cashiering. In addition to customer service and operating the POS system, you will also help with inventory counting, restocking, receiving shipments, putting new products on shelves, product organization, and keeping the store clean and organized.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Cashier

- Greet customers and provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and answer basic product questions
- Operate the POS system and process cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately
- Handle transactions and payments responsibly
- Maintain a welcoming and positive shopping experience

Inventory & Product Management
- Perform regular inventory counts and help identify inventory discrepancies
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments
- Restock products and keep shelves organized and fully stocked
- Put new products on shelves and displays
- Ensure products are properly labeled and priced
- Check stock levels and report low-stock or missing products
- Help maintain attractive and organized product displays





Store Maintenance
- Keep shelves, displays, checkout area, and the store clean and organized
- Assist with daily cleaning and general store maintenance
- Help organize products and maintain a neat store environment
- Assist with other day-to-day store duties as needed

Requirements
- English communication skills are required
- Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling payments and working with numbers
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform general retail tasks
- Able to lift and move boxes/products when needed
- Weekend availability is preferred
- Previous retail, cashier, customer service, nail salon, or beauty supply experience is an asset
- Knowledge of nail and beauty products is a strong asset
- Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
