Join our team as a Retail Pharmacy Assistant / Store Clerk to assist in the delivery of exceptional patient care to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service, answering questions and guiding them through pharmacy services and front store products
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries; must have solid communication skills and be comfortable on the phone
- Operate the cash register, stock shelves, merchandise products, manage inventory
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Support the pharmacist in the dispensary with receiving prescriptions, prescription entry, labelling, packaging, and inventory tasks under supervision
- Handle customer information and concerns professionally, confidentially, and in accordance with store policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- Retail,



and pharmacy experience is an asset
- Basic computer skills, including Google apps, Canva
- Propel / PharmaClik Rx experience is an asset
- Reliable, friendly, professional and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Passion for patient care with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a busy setting
- Willingness to learn and grow within the pharmacy team while maintaining compliance with health regulations

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday daytime
- 24-40 hours per week
- Pharmacy opens at 9:00am, end time negotiable

Compensation:

- Hourly wage range from $18 to $23 per hour depending on experience
