We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products will be crucial in driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized service.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their requirements, emphasizing upselling techniques when appropriate.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to attract customers.




- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Assist with all steps of receiving and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
- Familiarity with fashion and gift sales is an advantage; enthusiasm for learning about new products is essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
