SPARKHUB INC. is hiring Retail Sales Associates in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Wage: $18.00/hour

Employment Type: Full time and Part-time

Full-time Hours: 30–40 hours per week

Part-time Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week

Main Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
- Provide information about products, prices, promotions, and availability.
- Recommend products based on customer interests and needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions.
- Receive, unpack, price, organize, and stock merchandise.
- Arrange and maintain product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
- Assist with online orders, pickups, exchanges, and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Qualifications





- Secondary school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail, sales, or customer-service experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable assisting customers.
- Interest in anime, collectibles, gaming, television, or pop-culture merchandise is an asset.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use a point-of-sale system.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is an asset.
