Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, and is eager to learn about pool and spa care.
Reports To: Store Manager
Schedule: 20-35 hours per week (including weekends)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: In-store retail environment
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with pool and spa product selection
- Perform water testing and provide accurate product recommendations
- Answer customer questions related to pool maintenance and care
- Stock shelves and maintain store organization and cleanliness
- Deliver friendly, professional, and helpful customer service at all times
- Track and communicate low stock, product issues,
and customer feedback to management

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
- Reliable and able to work a consistent schedule, including Saturdays
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of pool and spa care
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
