Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos and technical explanations as needed
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and usage tips to customers
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining visual standards
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining store cleanliness and organization

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales, with a focus on technical product knowledge
- Strong communication skills for clear, friendly interactions and phone etiquette when assisting customers remotely
- Demonstrated ability in product demos and technical explanations to educate customers about features and benefits
- Excellent organizational skills for merchandising, stock management, and maintaining a tidy store environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory counts
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to upsell products naturally while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with retail tools such as POS systems, inventory software, and merchandising displays
