Retail Sales Associate

Store hours

Mon-Fri 10-6 Sat 10-4

Duties

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers, specifically with engraving inquires and details.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at front counter
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Services
- On site services for customers include key cutting, watch battery changing, watch band adjustments, engraving.



Training for all services will be provided.

Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change
