Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product selections, and ensuring the sales floor remains welcoming and organised. Duties

​Greet customers warmly and offer assistance to enhance their shopping experience

​Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries effectively

​Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and process payments

​Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor, stock shelves, and ensure products are well-presented

​Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking

​Promote current offers, discounts, and loyalty programmes to maximise sales opportunities

Make cold calls to prospects and brief them on the products and services.

​Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations

​Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a secure shopping workplace





Requirements

​Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided

​Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner

​Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

​Organised with good attention to detail

​Flexibility to work during store opening hours, including weekends if required

​Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately

​A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

​Should have strong communication skills in English.
