We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. Duties

· Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and inspire store employees to deliver outstanding service and meet sales goals.

· Customer Service Excellence: Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for all customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

· Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, oversee ordering processes, and conduct regular stock counts. Ensure loss prevention policies are followed.

· Visual Merchandising: Maintain store standards and ensure displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with business procedures.

· Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, scheduling, and adherence to business policies.

· Community Engagement:



Represent the store within the local community and foster positive relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail leadership role (assistant manager or higher).

· Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build understanding with staff and customers alike.

· Experience meeting sales targets and managing budgets.

· Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

· Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate others.

Working Conditions

· Standing for extended periods and some moderate lifting may be required

Pay: $52,000.00-$56,160.00 per year
