Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our retail operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store activities, motivate and develop your team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will drive sales growth, optimize inventory management, and uphold operational excellence.

Duties

- Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing training and development to enhance their skills.
- Manage employee scheduling, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee merchandising strategies, pricing accuracy, and stock replenishment to maximize sales potential.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting; ensure accurate cash register procedures.




- Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase store visibility within the community.
- Maintain a safe, organized store environment by supervising stocking, cleaning, safety protocols, and compliance with company policies.

Experience
- Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising sales teams and managing store operations.
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and managerial communication.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting training sessions.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and basic math skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing retail sales teams with a focus on achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Prior experience in grocery or wireless retail environments is a plus; strong organizational skills and time management are essential for success.
