We are looking to fill a part time (16 to 24 hr a week) hybrid position for a Sales and Customer Sales Expert and Store Supervisor in our Downtown Victoria Retail Store!

We are looking for someone who has a welcoming and vibrant attitude who is also able to stay calm, and grounded; someone who is a motivated self-starter with the ability to take direction; someone who welcomes both working as a part of a team and can work alone. Our goal is to create a cohesive team full of uplifting collaboration - giving everyone the opportunity to succeed and thrive!

Main Responsibilities

- Asist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Address and assist in solving customer inquiries and concerns
- Help to train staff to ensure high-quality service and sales performance
- Ordering products from suppliers through webpages and digital comunication
- Social media and online marketing management
- Implement visual merchandizing to optimize store layout and product presentation
- Assist in implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Handle cash transactions while ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Perform store opening and closing procedures
- Regular store maintenance and cleaning

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Expert customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and community
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively support smooth daily operations
- Proven ability to upsell products and services,



maximizing customer experience
- Ability to conduct product demonstration and provide detailed product knowledge
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to climb stairs with ease
- Ability to be on feet for the day
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Ability to learn product knowledge
- Willingness to support customers in looking things up that are unknown
- Ability to problem solve and stay present

Required Assets:
- Basic to advanced knowledge of crystals and their properties
- Basic understanding of sage and smudge products
- Basic knowledge of Gods, Goddesses, Deities etc.
- Good knowledge of how to use oracle and tarot decks
- General knowledge of spirituality and metaphysics
