The Operational Risk

Manager will report to the regional CACIB Risk Function and manage risk monitoring, reporting, and governance activities for the Canadian entity. With over 7 years of industry experience, you will drive improvements in risk identification, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder communication.

Your role will encompass the management of incidents and compliance with emerging regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor incidents and identify control gaps in the Olimpia tool
- Ensure timely reporting of Key Risk and Control Indicators




- Conduct comprehensive reviews of Risk and Control Self-Assessments
- Liaise with regulators and assist in risk evaluations
- Coordinate with different risk and compliance teams during assessments

Requirements:

- At least 7 years of experience in operational risk
- Deep knowledge of Corporate Investment Banking functions
- Experience in regulatory engagement and compliance
- Solid skills in MS Office and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with risk types like Cybersecurity and Compliance
