Resort (RMR) is a division of Canada’s largest privately held hospitality company, Northland Properties Corporation (NPC), and since its inception in 2007, we have gained a reputation for big mountain riding, legendary powder and an authentic Canadian resort town.

Job Summary

Work at a world class ski shop at the base of RMR with our passionate retail team. As boot fitter you will get to meet guests from around the world while you assist them in finding the correct ski or snowboard boots and gear adding to their memorable vacation.

This is a full – time seasonal position. The successful candidate will earn wage + commissions

Essential Job Functions

•Fit guests with ski and snowboard boots

•Evaluate and build custom foot beds.

•Assist with sales of other hard goods and products in the store

•Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandising.

•Provide an outstanding guest experience

•May include other responsibilities such as retail sales and other duties as assigned within a similar scope of work

Required Qualifications and Abilities

•Eligible to work in Canada – can provide work permit





•1+ years’ experience in boot fitting and custom foot beds

•Experience selling hard goods ski and snowboard equipment.

•Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

•Follows safe work procedures

•Ability to work in a team environment, and can work independently as well

- Qualified, respectful and committed to safe boot fitting
