We are currently hiring a Rogers Sales Representative inOntario. In this role, you will connect directly with customers face to face, understand what matters most to them, and guide them toward solutions that improve their day-to-day connectivity.

Responsibilities of the Rogers Sales Representative:

- Engage with customers and prospects to understand their communication needs and recommend suitable Rogers products and services
- Present plans, features, and promotions in a transparent and approachable manner, helping customers feel confident in their decisions
- Deliver a high level of customer care through attentive, personalized interactions
- Complete transactions accurately and maintain well-organized customer records
- Work toward individual and team performance goals through relationship-building and consistent effort
- Stay up to date on Rogers offerings, promotions, and industry developments

What you bring to the team:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or telecommunications is considered an asset; however, candidates with a strong willingness to learn will be fully supported through training
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills




- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining positive client interactions
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
