Duties

- Perform rebar installation, ensuring proper placement according to blueprints and schematics
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to facilitate construction activities
- Execute masonry work, including bricklaying, stonework, and concrete block installation
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project tasks
- Use hand tools and power tools for concrete forming, flooring installation, caulking, and other finishing tasks
- Assist with carpentry duties such as framing, trimming, and structural repairs
- Conduct concrete finishing work to achieve smooth surfaces and proper texture standards
- Support renovation projects by restoring existing structures with appropriate techniques
- Perform heavy lifting safely to move materials or equipment as needed throughout the job site




- Apply welding techniques where necessary for structural reinforcement or repairs
- Install flooring materials accurately following project specifications
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and building processes
- Skilled in rebar installation, masonry, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for precise execution
- Hands-on experience operating heavy machinery and power tools in a construction environment
- Knowledge of restoration methods and renovation practices for various structures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding conditions
- Experience with welding, caulking, flooring installation, and general carpentry is highly desirable
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
