We are currently hiring a Rogers Sales Representative in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will work with customers and prospects face to face, learn what matters most to them, and guide them through Rogers products and services to find solutions that fit their everyday connectivity needs.

We are looking for people who want to become exceptionally positive at connecting with customers, communicating with confidence, and delivering results – and we provide the coaching and experience to help them get there.

Responsibilities of the Rogers Sales Representative

- Connect with customers and prospects to understand their communication needs and recommend suitable Rogers products and services
- Explain plans, features, and promotions in a clear and approachable way, helping customers make informed decisions with confidence
- Provide attentive, personalized service and create a positive experience throughout every interaction
- Complete transactions accurately and maintain organized, up-to-date customer records
- Work toward individual and team performance goals through strong customer relationships and consistent effort
- Stay up to date on Rogers products, promotions, and service updates

What You Bring to the Team





- Strong communication skills and the confidence to connect with new people face to face
- A genuine interest in helping customers understand their options and find solutions that work for them
- A professional, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage daily priorities effectively
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
- Comfort using basic computer systems and learning CRM platforms
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or telecommunications is considered an asset, but not required
