D&M; Tilt ’n Load is looking for a reliable, safety-focused Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team in the Ottawa area.

The successful candidate will operate a roll-off truck to deliver, pick up, exchange and empty waste and recycling bins at construction sites, commercial properties and customer locations.

Responsibilities include

- Safely operating a roll-off truck
- Delivering, exchanging, picking up and emptying bins
- Positioning bins safely at customer locations
- Completing daily vehicle inspections
- Confirming instructions with dispatch
- Completing delivery photos, tickets and paperwork
- Communicating professionally with customers and site contacts
- Keeping the truck and equipment clean and maintained
- Following company safety procedures and Ontario transportation regulations

Requirements:




- Valid Ontario DZ or AZ licence
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Commercial driving experience
- Roll-off truck experience is preferred
- Must supply and wear their own CSA-approved safety work boots
- Strong safety awareness and valuable judgment
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Comfortable using a smartphone for dispatch information
- Available for occasional early starts, overtime and weekend work
