We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Roofing Installer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties

- Safely install roofing materials such as shingles, metal panels, or membrane systems according to project specifications and blueprints
- Prepare roofing surfaces by removing old materials and ensuring proper surface conditions for recent installations
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to cut, shape, and secure roofing components
- Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment to reach high or hard-to-access areas
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to execute precise installations
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofing systems




- Conduct inspections during and after installation to verify quality standards and safety compliance

Requirements

- Proven experience with construction work, especially roofing or related trades such as carpentry or handyman services
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment used in roofing installation
- Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and construction plans accurately
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints and seams effectively
- Prior experience with blueprint reading and interpreting technical instructions is highly desirable
- Construction experience combined with handyman skills is a strong plus for this role
