This full time position involves both in-office and remote work, providing flexibility in how you deliver care. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and referrals
- Establish client partnerships for independent living
- Monitor progress and connect clients with community support
- Provide short-term assistance and crisis intervention Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Practical Nurse, Ontario College of Nurses
- Four+ years of experience in a mental health setting
- Strong diagnostic skills and clinical judgment
- Familiarity with the Ontario Mental Health Act
