Main Purpose of the Role
To manage and supervise the Repairs and Maintenance Team, ensuring a high-quality, cost-effective and customer-focused service. The role also ensures compliance with health and safety, building and environmental legislation.
Typical Day
- Supervise tradesmen, contractors and support staff.
- Plan, priorities and monitor repairs and maintenance work.
- Carry out site visits, inspections and surveys.
- Monitor performance, costs and materials.
- Deal with customers, contractors and internal teams.
- Identify and manage health and safety risks.
- Attend meetings and prepare reports.
- Support staff performance and development.

- Carrying out void surveys for specification, site safety visits, work in progress visits, snagging & post inspections. 5 years experience
