We are hiring an RTM Home Sales Consultant in Lloydminster, AB/SK.

Four Peaks Custom Homes is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This is not a high-pressure sales position. We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, excited to showcase beautiful homes, and committed to helping customers find the perfect fit for their family and lifestyle.

What You'll Do

- Meet with prospective customers and guide them through the RTM home buying process. Showcase our homes, floor plans, and customization options.

- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Work alongside our design, drafting, and construction teams to create an outstanding customer experience.

- Represent Four Peaks Custom Homes at home shows, events, and community functions when required.

What We're Looking For

- A positive, energetic personality.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.




- Organized and able to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
- Sales experience is an asset, but personality, drive, and willingness to learn are even more key.

- Knowledge of residential construction or RTM homes is beneficial but not required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
