Responsibilities

- Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing information about resort amenities, local attractions, and policies
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or concerns via phone or in person, resolving issues with a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing reservations and documentation
- Enforce resort rules and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for any facility issues reported by guests or observed during rounds




- Promote resort activities and events to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction

Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to guest service
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic computer skills for reservation management and record keeping
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating welcoming community experiences
