Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety and Compliance Manager to lead our organization’s safety initiatives and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.

Safety & Compliance Coordinator – Responsibilities

- Manage annual licensing requirements for all company vehicles, including plate renewals, permits, special permits, certifications, and operating authorities.
- Create, maintain, and regularly update truck operating authority and compliance binders.
- Prepare and organize documentation required for New York (NY) State and IFTA tax filings.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure all vehicles and drivers remain compliant with applicable transportation regulations.
- Post creative and effective driver recruitment advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, verify qualifications, and coordinate driver testing and road tests.
- Assist with the hiring and onboarding of qualified drivers.
- Maintain driver qualification and compliance files, ensuring all required documentation is current.

Pay: $36,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
