You will spend time on the floor and in the office, coaching teams and driving improvements. The role requires a health and safety education, 5–7 years of manufacturing safety experience, and the ability to influence at all levels. You will stay current with regulations, manage incidents, and leverage digital tools to improve safety outcomes.
