This role provides hands-on experience in sales operations, customer support, data analysis, and in-market execution within the Canadian and American grocery landscape. This is a full time position with the expectation of in office collaboration except when field duties dictate.

Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Operations

- Assist with weekly and monthly sales reporting (velocity, shipments, inventory)
- Maintain accurate sales trackers, forecasts, and order files
- Support order coordination and communication with distributors and retail partners
- Monitor out-of-stocks and flag risks to the sales team

Retail & Account Support
- Prepare materials for buyer meetings (presentations, sell sheets, insights)
- Track promotional activity including flyers, pricing, and in-store displays
- Conduct store checks (in-person or online) to assess shelf presence and execution
- Support new account setup and product listing processes

Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support reporting on key KPIs (distribution, velocity, promotional lift)
- Assist in building summaries and dashboards for internal use




- Monitor competitor activity and category performance

Marketing & Field Activation
- Coordinate in-store demos and sampling events
- Collect and summarize customer feedback from activations
- Support retail marketing initiatives and campaign execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with supply chain to align inventory with sales needs
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and product launches
- Assist with tracking trade spend and promotional budgets

Administrative & Project Support
- Prepare internal reports, presentations, and documentation
- Support special projects (new product launches, retail expansion, etc.)
- Maintain organized records of pricing, promotions, and customer requirements

Qualifications
- Solid analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Interest in sales, CPG, and the grocery industry

Pay: $21.00-$21.50 per hour
